(Hint - No Toothpaste or Mouthwash Involved) As it turns out, many common dental products (such as toothpaste and mouthwash) contain toxic ingredients that can destroy the microbiome in the mouth. Camping Recipes - CAMP FRUIT COBBLER 🍍

1 can Large sliced peaches 1 can Large fruit cocktail 1 can Small crushed pineapples 🍍 ½ cup Instant tapioca ¼ lb Margarine 1 cup Brown sugar 1 pk Cake mix   In a 12 inch Dutch oven lined with foil, combine fruit and tapioca.  Pour cake mix evenly over top of fruit.  Sprinkle brown sugar over cake mix.  Pat butter all over on top of brown sugar.  Place lid on oven, Bake 45 minutes to one hour.  You can use six to eight coals on the bottom, and fourteen to sixteen coals on the top.  Cake is done when top is brown and cake has absorbed all juices and is no longer dry. Serve fresh and warm.  ENJOY! HAPPY CAMPING 😍

Smoothie Recipes - APPLE BANANA SOY SMOOTHIE 🍌

2 ripe bananas, peeled and halved 🍌 2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered 300 ml (10fl oz) nonfat yogurt 2 tbsp sugar 400 ml (15fl oz) organic soy milk   Mix all the ingredients in a blender and purée for 1 minute.  Pour in glasses and serve cold. ENJOY!

Smoothie Recipes - APPLE APRICOT SMOOTHIE 🍏

1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored and chopped 🍏 1 cup apple juice 4 apricots, fresh, pitted -skin optional 1 banana, peeled 3/4 cup plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt 10 ice cubes, up to 12 ice cubes 1 tbsp honey Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve cold.  ENJOY!

2 cups Apple sauce 🍎 1 cup Apple cider 1 cup Orange juice 2 tbsp Vermont maple syrup 🍁 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into glasses and serve. Serves two. Enjoy!
