Smoothie Recipes - APPLE BANANA SOY SMOOTHIE π
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and halved π
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 300 ml (10fl oz) nonfat yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 400 ml (15fl oz) organic soy milk
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and purΓ©e for 1 minute.
Pour in glasses and serve cold.
