Smoothie Recipes - APPLE BANANA SOY SMOOTHIE 🍌


  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and halved 🍌
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
  • 300 ml (10fl oz) nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 400 ml (15fl oz) organic soy milk

 

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and purΓ©e for 1 minute. 

Pour in glasses and serve cold.
